Yes, you are welcome to collect your consignment however please call us to verify that the item has arrived back at our depot before traveling over, You will need to bring the card left and one additional form of identification (such as a driving license or household bill) bearing the address that the item was sent to.

If you have received an email or SMS with a link to APC Choice, you may be able to manage the parcel delivery options but please note that some consignments must be handed to a person and cannot be “left safe”. In some cases, items may only be redirected with permission from the sender.

If you are the sender of a consignment, tracking can be done via the booking platform. To do this, you need to locate the consignment using the search function and then follow the links to track. If you are receiving a consignment, please click here.

POD’s can be obtained online from the “track” section on the booking platform. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us and we can provide this for you.

For deliveries to the majority of the UK we deliver on the next working day after the item was sent (this may vary in some rural locations). When an item is booked with APC, the sender will specify delivery from our range of services. This is normally for delivery by 10:30, 12:00 or Next Working Day (Mon-Fri). Delivery will be attempted between 07.30 and 18:00. A Saturday service is available to most areas.
